LAHORE
Lahore is the capital of Punjab province and hub for cultural, political and educational activities. Known as city of gardens, Lahore also hosts a number of prestigious colleges, some of which are over century old. Maintaining their repute, these colleges continue to provide wealth of information to Pakistani young man and women in a choice of discipline.

Lahore is said to have been founded by Loh, the son of Rama Chandra, the legendary hero of Ramayana. Historically, Lahore is record to have been a dependency of the great ruler Lalitaditya in 18th century A.D. Lahore, reached the peak of its glory during the region of Moghal rulers, especially during the time of Akbar the Great, who made it his capital. The Moghals endowed the city with some of its premium pieces of architecture and gardens. In addition, the colonial British structures such as the Lahore High Court, General Post Office and old Universities still retain their Moghal – Gothic style.

· The Badshahi Mosque




· The Lahore Fort

· Minar-e-Pakistan
